Order Issues

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We want you to love your GOBs. If something arrives damaged or doesn’t meet our quality standards, we’ll make it right. Because GOBs are made from mycelium and are fully biodegradable, we don’t ask you to ship products back. Instead, you can compost, recycle, or responsibly dispose of them, knowing they’ll safely return to the earth.

In most cases, we’ll send you a replacement. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. 

 

What counts as an issue?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • Your GOBs are defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package looks tampered with or damaged

This helps us quickly review the issue and send you a replacement or refund. If an item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

How do I reach you?
Email us at hello@gob.earth with your order number and either a photo of the problem or a short description.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only given if a replacement isn’t possible.You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund.
  • Once approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Keep in mind: your bank or card provider may need extra time to process it.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@gob.earth.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly from our store. However, customers located outside the U.S. can still purchase our products through Healf, a partner based in the UK. 

Ordering through Healf allows international fans to access our products with ease and receive them locally. Please note that shipping times and policies may vary depending on your location and Healf’s procedures.Â
